These terms govern your use of AMZ PDP Audits, provided by Exclusiva Inc, 714 Hertford Dr, Hatfield, PA 19440.
Each audit analyzes one Amazon ASIN in one marketplace against public listing data, competitor data and any Seller Central data you choose to provide, and delivers recommendations, draft copy and plans. Audits use automated analysis and AI and are delivered as-is. They are recommendations, not guarantees of rank, sales or any result. You are responsible for reviewing all copy and claims before publishing, including Amazon’s listing policies and FTC/FDA rules for your products.
Audit credits come with your AppSumo tier or your direct purchase. A credit is used when an audit is created; failed audits don’t use one. Each audit includes one free re-audit of the same ASIN within 60 days. AppSumo purchases follow AppSumo’s refund policy. Direct purchases can be refunded within 14 days if the audit couldn’t be produced.
Only submit ASINs you own or are authorized to analyze as your own listing; competitor ASINs are used for comparison only. Upload only reports from accounts you are authorized to use. Don’t abuse, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
You own the copy written for you in your audit. The Exclusiva Amazon PDP Framework and the software remain the property of Exclusiva Inc.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the audit concerned.
